Forgotten your login or password

If you have forgotten or lost your password when logging into Smarter SMSF platform, you can request for a new password to be issued.  This request will appear when you have already incorrectly tried to log into the membership area (see below):

You can then click on the 'Lost your password?' which will then prompt you to enter your email address for your user profile.  An email will then be forwarded to the registered user address with an ability to update the existing password.
