How to order a Death Benefit Nomination

This video explains how you can order any of the following death benefit nominations:

• Non-binding death benefit nomination
• Binding death benefit nomination (BDBN), including lapsing and non-lapsing

The form also allows for cascading nominations to deal with circumstances where the nominated beneficiary predeceases the member.  

You can also nominate a replacement trustee to be automatically appointed in the event of death.
