Pension Deed of Affirmation and Confirmation

Following on from some of the watershed decisions made in Narumon's case, Smarter SMSF has developed a Pension Deed of Affirmation & Confirmation (PDAC) and Replacement Pension Agreement that enables a pension member who has missing (or insufficient) pension documentation to affirm and confirm the details of this existing income stream.
