Sample Trust Deed Upgrade Letter

The attached cover is available to be used by members who intend to write to their SMSF clients about upgrading their existing SMSF trust deed to the the Smarter SMSF deed. 

The letter outlines the key reasons as to the importance of keeping their SMSF deed up-to-date, along with a summary of the many benefits of utilising the Smarter SMSF deed.  It has been updated to include the July 2023 deed changes by Smarter SMSF - see the trust deed changelog for further details.

It can be downloaded as a word document (.docx) and edited as required to send to clients either by mail or electronically.
