How do I make changes to my current subscription?

You can make changes to your subscription at any time from within your member account,

You can access your account in two ways:

  1. Via the 'login' drop-menu on the Smarter SMSF page:

2. Via the Smarter SMSF platform, under 'My Account > My subscription':

You will need to include your email address and password to login to your member account.

Once logged in, you will be able to view the dashboard which contains the current card details that your subscription is saved.

Under the subscription menu, you can make changes to any current subscriptions, including:

  • Adding new subscription products
  • Upgrading existing subscriptions
  • Downgrading subscriptions
  • Cancelling subscriptions (NB. may be subject to minimum 12 month contract).

To do so, you can select the 'change plan' button:

As part of this process, you can also update credit card information under 'Actions' by selecting the 'change payment' button.

A history of orders purchased via the Smarter SMSF shopping cart (e.g. subscriptions, events) can also be viewed under the 'orders' menu.
