Sample document - SMSF investment strategy

This is a sample document of the investment strategy report that you can prepare within the SMSF compliance documents. It is available for you to either:

Create as a blank template to have completed by the fund trustees/directors; or
As a completed investment strategy based upon information provided by the trustees/directors.

The investment strategy forms allows you to customise the responses from the fund trustee(s) to develop specific objectives, tolerance to risk, diversification, liquidity, cash flow and considering contracts of insurance for one or more members.

The completed order will generate:

Investment Strategy Report; and
Trustee minutes adopting the investment strategy
