Subscriptions - How to add or update a credit card

You can add or update your credit card details associated with Document or CPD Training subscriptions. You may have received notice of your annual subscription renewal. 

The auto-renewal may not process due to the expiry date of the credit card on file.

If your credit card has expired or you have a new credit card, log in to the Smarter Platform to update your card details.

1. Goto: Smartersmsf.com website

2. From the top menu, select 'Login'> 'My subscriptions'.

3. Select 'My Subscriptions' from the left menu to view the current Status of the Subscription. If the status is 'On hold', the next step is to check the Credit Card's expiry date on file.

4. Select 'Payment methods' to check the current recorded 'Expires' date. If the credit card has expired, click the 'Add payment methodsbutton.

5. Enter new card details and click the 'Add payment method' button.

5. Click to set the new expiry date as the default. Select the 'Make default' button.

6. Return to 'My Subscription' and scroll down the screen to the 'Related orders' section.

7. Click the 'Pay' button
