ASIC fees from 1 July 2026
Please note that the ASIC fees for a company incorporation have increased by $25 from 1 July 2026 in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

Revised fees
We note that there is currently no change to the administration fee charge by our API partner (Infotrack) which is $61 per company. However, due to the introduction of new AML/CTF laws for company formations, we are increasing the per company fee to $65. As a result the company incorporation fees for orders on the Smarter SMSF platform will change from 1 July 2026 as follows:
