Change of Trustee - Death of a Member
This is the sample document where a member dies that acts as an individual trustee and the remaining trustee will either:
- Add a replacement trustee to comply with the s.17A definition of the SMSF (within the 6 month timeframe); or
- switch to a corporate trustee (sole director company or two directors).
