During the month of July 2020, the Smarter SMSF has added the following new or enhanced features, along with new documents being added and/or improved:
NEW FEATURES / ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Free access to the COVID-19 documents was extended to 31 July 2020, with the early release of super document remaining free until 31 December 2020.
NEW DOCUMENTS
The following documents have been added into Simple Fund 360.
- Above minimum pension election
- Partial commutation
- TRIS to Retirement Phase
- Member met condition of release
- Minimum Pension Shortfall
- Pension Rollback
- Lump Sum (cash, in-specie, including as member or death benefit)
- Winding up a SMSF
- Upgrade or Change to company constitution
- In House Asset (IHA) Loan Agreement
