Logging a support ticket

An update has been made with our ticketing support system to now allow for the submission and tracking of tickets using a central repository via our HelpScout ticketing service.

In addition to being able to log tickets via email (support@smartersmsf.com) and via the beacon (live support), you can now submit and track all of your tickets by going to 'Support > Support Tickets' in the main navigation.

It remains our preference to use ticketed support for document enquiries to ensure that we can triage any issues within the team to resolve as soon as possible for you.  This additional functionality provides some further visibility for users regarding their existing tickets lodged with Smarter SMSF.
