Reset password not working?

It is important the you clear your browser cache first before resetting your password on the Smarter SMSF platform.

Using Google Chrome

You can also remove cookies and clear recent browsing history to fix your platform access when using Chrome by following these steps:

  1. Click Clear data.
  2. At the top right, click More / Vertical Bullets.
  3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
