Ordering an Investment Strategy Review Statement
In this video, Aaron Dunn takes you through the order form for an Investment Strategy Review Statement that can be ordered when a fund is conducting a regular review that complies with the requirements set out in SIS Regulation 4.09.
The form provides for a number of reasons in which the regular review may occur, including:
- as part of the preparation of the fund's annual compliance requirements
- a correction to financial markets
- the admission or removal of one or more members
- the commencement of one or more income streams
