Clearing cache to refresh your browser - log back into Smarter Platform

There may be times when you need to refresh your browser by clearing your cache. This allows you to log back into the Smarter Platform to see an update, a change, or trouble-free accessing the Platform.

For use with Google Chrome

You can also remove cookies and clear recent browsing history to fix your platform access when using Chrome by following these steps:

  1. At the top right of your browser, click More / the three Vertical Bullets.
  2. Click Delete browsing data.
  3. Select the Advanced tab
  4. Click the Time range drop-down option to select All time
  5. Select the Browsing history, download history, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files. Uncheck Passwords and other sign-in data

Use Google New Incognito window 

  1. If you have any browser windows open in Google Chrome, click the + symbol to open a new browser window. 
  2. At the top right of your browser, click More / the three Vertical Bullets.
  3. Select New Incognito Window.
  4. A new browser window opens with a black background. 
  5. Log into the Smarter Platform and navigate to the location where you were prevented from completing a task or action.

Microsoft Edge
