Send to Simple Fund 360 (BGL)
Smarter SMSF document subscription holders now have the ability to order a New SMSF establishment document and seamlessly push the fund data to BGL software, creating a new fund record upon completion of the document order.
This feature is exclusively available only to users with an active Smarter SMSF document subscription. The user needs to have the Role status of ' Parent' for the ability to transfer fund information to the BGL software, which will create a new record within the BGL system.
Follow these steps to be successful in moving fund data from Smarter SMSF platform to BGL software.
1. Go to the Admin Console > Account Order History view.
2. Click on the Completed Orders tab.
3. Locate the relevant team member and click the '+' symbol next to their name. This action will display a list of their completed document orders.
Please be aware that even if you see an existing connection to your BGL software or a green 'connected' button, the connection may have been interrupted or lost in the background. TO ensure the continuous and accurate transfer of fund date from the Smarter platform to your BGL software, it is critical to re-establish the connection.
4. Locate and click the Connections link at the bottom left of your screen.
5. Click the Connect button.
6. Log in to BGL.
7. From the Completed Orders listing, identify the document Type as New SMSF.
8. From the Actions dropdown > select Send to SF360.
9. Confirm the transfer of fund information, and click the Send to SF360 button.
10. Navigate within your BGL software. Go to the Completed order - new fund details screen to view the new Fund details.
11. View your BGL dashboard.
