Creating a Cover Page
As a member, you can tailor a Cover page for several SMSF documents available from the Smarter document platform.
What documents can be tailored?
1. Fund Establishment (incl. QROPS) (New SMSF)
2. Trust Deed Upgrade (incl. QROPS)
3. LRBA
4. LRBA Loan Facility Agreement (Related Party Loan)
5. Pension Commencement - EPA (incl. unknown balance)
6. SMSF Investment Strategy
7. Fixed Unit Trust
What part of the Cover Page can be changed?
You can add your Company Logo, add your Business address and contact details and move the position of the Title heading.

If you change any coding, if you change the wording or values between the '$' symbols, then your text will become hard-coded.
How to upload your Cover Page into the Smarter document platform
1. Once you are logged into the Smarter document platform, go to the screen menu at the bottom left of the screen. Select the 'App Switcher > then Admin Console'.
2. Select 'Cover page' from the left menu.
3. Select the 'Add more' button.
4. Select the 'Choose file' button to locate your tailored Cover page.
5. Select 'From title' to select the document type.
6. The Form tile is displayed. Select either 'Yes' or 'No' if the Fund wants to qualify for QROP'S status.
7. Select the 'Upload' button.
8. Your Cover Page is displayed.
9. Click App Switcher and Documents to return to the document list and select a document to order.
