Add a Fund Member

The 'Add a Fund Member' form is a new form that will replace the current add and remove a fund member form, noting that we are currently working on a separate removal of a fund member form to be completed in the coming months.
The form can be populated using any of the integrations with BGL, Class or SuperMate
This form now allows for the addition of the following types of members:
- Member (over 18)
- Child Member (under 18)
- Member (over 18) with legal disability (LPR holds Enduring Power of Attorney)
If using the Smarter SMSF deed, the rule number will automatically populate within the form
Prior to completing the order, you can review the form details before submitting.
As a Create document subscription member, the document can be submitted and an order will be deducted from the counter. For PAYG orders, you will need to make payment by credit card as part of submitting the order.
Completed order
Once the order is completed, the following documents are generated:
- Details about Rule 3 - Membership (where admitted under Smarter SMSF deed only)
- Application for Membership
- Trustee Minute re: application for membership
- Trustee Notification of acceptance of Fund Membership
- Consent to Act (new trustee/director)
- ATO Trustee Declaration (new trustee/director)
- Product Disclosure Statement (PDS)
